📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end administration of TPA insurance policies, including policy issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
• Oversee claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards, such as those set by OJK and BPJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policy administration strategies that enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage policy data, track claims, and generate reports.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on policy administration best practices.
• Monitor policy performance metrics and provide insights to improve service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in TPA insurance to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in TPA insurance policy administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards, including those from OJK and BPJS.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Certification in insurance or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
