📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and on time.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to cleanliness, promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Participate in regular team meetings and staff training sessions to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team of housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siteminder, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international staff.
