📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential clients for our digital marketing services.
• Support the sales team in developing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive client acquisition and business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new sales team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
