This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of logistics operations and a proven track record of success in a similar capacity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery times to improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Work closely with the regional logistics team to ensure seamless integration of operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, including ERP systems, TMS, and WMS.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
