As a Logistics Coordinator at Jaya Simpai Agriculture Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our logistics and transportation activities. You will work closely with our farmers, suppliers, and transportation partners to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all logistics and transportation activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of agricultural products.
• Work closely with farmers, suppliers, and transportation partners to optimize supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation partners, including trucking companies and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of agricultural products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support business growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Familiarity with logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the agricultural sector.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed.
