• Manage and mentor a team of sales engineers, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to gather and analyze product specifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to sales teams.
• Develop and present technical proposals, showcasing the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Provide training and support to sales teams, equipping them with the necessary technical knowledge to effectively engage with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of success in technical sales roles.
• Strong understanding of technical products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with sales engineering software and tools, such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
