📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR and SuccessFactors
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Partner with department heads to design and deliver employee development programs
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in retail HR preferred
• Certification in HR management (SHRM-CP or equivalent) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
