As a Fleet Controller Tambang, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our mining fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of mining vehicles, including trucks, excavators, and bulldozers.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure that all vehicles are in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate with mechanics and logistics teams to address any issues or breakdowns promptly.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Plan and execute mining operations, ensuring that the fleet is utilized effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with fleet management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
