📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical and operational support to retail and consumer product clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for clients' staff on the use of our products and services.
• Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with our technical support team to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
• Document all support activities and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and software updates for clients.
• Ensure compliance with our company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
