📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence on potential mining projects in the tin, bauxite, and nickel sectors.
• Develop and present comprehensive business plans and financial models for mining investments.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and environmental experts to assess the environmental impact of mining projects.
• Analyze geological data using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Forecast project returns and optimize investment strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable mining.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining investment, project development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of geological and mining concepts, as well as financial modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and their application in the mining industry.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
