📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the dealer database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with dealers to resolve any issues or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
Monitor dealer performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Assist in the development and implementation of dealer training programs.
Facilitate communication between dealers and the central office, ensuring clear and efficient information flow.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting products and services to dealers.
Conduct regular visits to dealers to assess their needs and provide on-the-ground support.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance dealer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealer administration or a similar role in the retail or consumer products industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
