📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social programs that address the needs of the community in Bangka Belitung.,Lead a team of program officers to ensure the successful execution of programs.,Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure they meet the desired impact.,Collaborate with stakeholders to secure funding and resources for programs.,Build partnerships with local organizations to enhance the reach and impact of programs.,Represent the organization in community events and meetings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Prepare and present regular reports on program progress and impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social program management.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of community needs and development issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in working in the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
