📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).,Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing strategies.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure engagement and reach.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to the management team.,Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
