PT Central Sole Agency is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax & Accounting Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax and accounting functions for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities,Manage and supervise the work of junior accountants and tax professionals,Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff,Prepare and submit all necessary tax returns and filings,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Professional certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience working in a multinational or international company is a plus
