🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Proven track record of success in achieving operational goals and objectives.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and other industry-specific applications.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations, if required.
