QM Services, a leading provider of semiconductor manufacturing services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production activities of our semiconductor manufacturing projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines using advanced scheduling tools and techniques.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality.,Develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues or risks identified during the project lifecycle.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project strategies and plans.,Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.,Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project scheduling and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling and management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Agile and Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
