📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
