  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record in leading and executing digital initiatives.
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
