📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct support and intervention to individuals and families affected by trauma.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement trauma-informed practices.
  • Educate and train staff on trauma and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of clients within the community.
  • Participate in community outreach and awareness programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, preferably in trauma and crisis intervention.
  • Certification in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to social services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
