📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage inventory levels and stock control,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate timely deliveries,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management,Train and develop warehouse staff,Resolve warehouse issues and conflicts promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations remotely,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using warehouse management software,Knowledge of inventory control and stock management,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
