📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize solvent-based adhesive formulations.,Conduct experiments to test the performance and properties of adhesives.,Analyze and interpret data to improve adhesive formulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.,Stay updated with industry trends and research to drive innovation.,Prepare and present technical reports and findings to stakeholders.,Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in R&D for adhesive or related industries.,Strong knowledge of solvent-based adhesive chemistry and formulation.,Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
