As a Materials Agent, you'll be responsible for managing the procurement and distribution of materials essential for our hotels in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll work with a variety of suppliers, ensuring that our inventory is always well-stocked and that our operations run smoothly. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious setting while contributing to the efficient functioning of a world-class hospitality business.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage procurement processes, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory for all materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures, including budget management.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to address any material-related issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and new procurement tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in inventory management.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
