Byte Central Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff coordination.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all pharmacy records and documentation.,Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and guidance to customers and staff.,Overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Conducting regular stock checks and ordering new inventory as needed.,Training and mentoring junior pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.,Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and practices.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
