CV Damar Terang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a proven track record of improving efficiency and accuracy in inventory control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day inventory operations and processes.,Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems and procedures.,Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs.,Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking.,Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Providing reports and analysis on inventory performance and trends.,Training and mentoring junior inventory staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
