📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
