📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including prenatal care, postnatal care, family planning, and other related services.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality services.,Conduct health education and awareness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent diseases.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Participate in community health initiatives and events to improve the overall health of the community.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Collaborate with other healthcare providers and organizations to ensure coordinated and effective healthcare services.,Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of services provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,At least 5 years of experience as a Bidan or a similar healthcare role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and the community.,Leadership and management skills to effectively lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Valid professional license and certification as a Bidan.
