📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive and inspect imported goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Process and manage import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Update and maintain import documentation in SAP, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the relevant parties.
• Conduct regular audits of import documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to our key accounts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in logistics and SAP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import documentation and logistics.
• Proficient in using SAP for logistics and import documentation.
• Strong understanding of import-export regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
