PT Widya Sakti is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for building customer relationships. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Support the sales team in achieving their monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
