In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
