📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving cost savings.
