📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to streamline operations.Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.Manage warehouse budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for warehouse improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.Lowongan Terkait
