🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.
