📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote travel and pilgrimage services.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Convert leads into bookings by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and other industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our services and network with industry professionals.
• Track and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
