📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring.,Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
