📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on training program outcomes and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques.
