📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and provide input on team performance and development.,Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a team environment.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
