📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services to clients.,Provide expert advice and guidance on complex tax matters to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure accurate tax reporting.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax services with other business functions.,Mentor and train junior tax consultants to develop their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a leadership role.,Professional certification in tax consulting, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tax software.
